Consultation & Discovery

Once all brand collateral and references are shared, I begin the design process. The first draft is created to reflect your vision while bringing in refined design principles and storytelling.

  • Each project begins with a discovery call (via Zoom) to discuss your needs, goals, and deliverables. After reviewing your brand collateral and references, an initial concept is presented. We then collaborate through revisions until the design fully reflects your vision.

  • For subscription-based services, you’ll receive ongoing iterations within your allocated hours. On individual project work, we’ll clearly define the number of included revisions and outline additional charges should more revisions be required.

  • I’ll need access to brand guidelines, stylistic direction, content to include (copy, imagery), and any specific references or visual goals you have in mind. The more clarity at the start, the more refined and tailored the design.

  • Subscription clients receive a set number of design hours per month (8, 20, or 40). Hours can be applied flexibly across projects, with consistent access to design support. Payment is monthly, with the ability to upgrade if more hours are required.

  • Yes, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. To ensure fairness, design hours already used within the month are not refundable.

  • Project timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the work — a single-page flyer might be completed within a few days, while a full brand identity or website concept can take several weeks. During our initial consultation, I’ll provide a tailored timeline based on your goals and deliverables, ensuring every stage is given the time and attention it deserves.

  • Subscription packages are billed monthly. For one-off projects, a standard 50% deposit is required upfront, with the balance due upon completion. This approach ensures fairness and clarity for both parties.

  • Deliverables are always tailored to the project type:

    • Print-ready items are delivered in high-resolution, print-ready PDF format, typically the industry standard.

    • Editable source files (e.g., AI, PSD, InDesign) can be provided upon request, with usage rights clearly outlined.

  • Yes. Once the project is completed and final payment received, you receive full ownership of the final design assets. Editable files may be retained for portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

  • This service is design-only. While I craft refined layouts, visual concepts, and collateral, printing and website development (coding/hosting) are outside the scope of my services.

    step one

  • Every design is crafted from scratch—never a pre-made template. Your content, brand voice, and aesthetic influence every layout, ensuring truly bespoke visuals that feel intentional and high-end.
